General support
Email support@appcitystudios.com. Include your Chrome version and the affected platform when relevant.
Restore Lifetime Pro
Choose “Already paid? Restore” from a locked guide and use the same email used at ExtensionPay checkout. If access is not restored, email us from that purchase address.
Refund request
Email within 14 days of purchase from the purchase address. Approved refunds revoke Pro access in accordance with the terms of sale.
Report a changed guide
Tell us which step or link changed and, if safe, include the region and account type. We review guide changes against first-party sources before shipping an update.
